粵港澳華文媒體聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)公約

Convention of the Joint Interview Group of Chinese Media in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao

為了向全球講述中國(guó)故事、傳播中國(guó)聲音，華博新聞社、共工新聞社、大眾新聞報(bào)社、大中華新聞社 、世界旅游報(bào)、一帶一路新聞社、共鳴新聞等香港、澳門(mén)、內(nèi)地以及海外各地具有一定影響力的華文媒體和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播機(jī)構(gòu)決定發(fā)起成立長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)新聞戰(zhàn)略品牌“粵港澳華文媒體聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)”（下稱(chēng)聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)），特制定本公約，本公約對(duì)全體發(fā)起單位和自愿參與單位均具有約束力，嚴(yán)格遵守執(zhí)行。具體公約條款如下：

For the sake of telling Chinese stories and spreading Chinese voices to the world, Huabo News Agency, Gonggong News Agency, Dazhong News, Greater China News Agency, World Travel News, Belt and Road News Agency, Resonance News and other influential Chinese media and Internet communication organizations in Hong Kong, Macao, the Mainland and overseas decided to initiate the establishment of a long-term and sustainable news strategic brand "Joint Interview Group of Chinese Media in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao" (hereinafter referred to as the Joint Interview Group). This convention is specially formulated. This convention is binding on all initiators and voluntary participating units and is strictly observed and implemented. The specific provisions of the convention are as follows:

一 、聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)必須旗幟鮮明堅(jiān)定維護(hù)祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一和國(guó)際地位以及民族團(tuán)結(jié)昌盛，堅(jiān)定擁護(hù)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，堅(jiān)決抵制相關(guān)不利言論。

1. The Joint Interview Group must clearly and firmly safeguard the unity and international status of the motherland and the unity and prosperity of the nation, firmly support the absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China, and resolutely resist relevant unfavorable remarks.

二、緊緊圍繞聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)宗旨積極面向全球華人華僑以及各地講述傳播中國(guó)僑務(wù)、僑聯(lián)、文旅、投資、招商、鄉(xiāng)村振興等領(lǐng)域的好故事和聲音。

2. Closely focusing on the purpose of the Joint Interview Group, as well as actively telling and spreading good stories and voices in the fields of Chinese overseas affairs, overseas Chinese federations, culture and tourism, investment, investment promotion, and rural revitalization to Chinese and overseas Chinese around the world and all regions are requested.

三、聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)統(tǒng)一制訂“粵港澳華文媒體聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)”的標(biāo)識(shí)、宣傳語(yǔ)和網(wǎng)站鏈接，所有參與成員單位必須執(zhí)行加掛顯示。

3. The Joint Interview Group uniformly formulates the logo, slogan and website link of the "Joint Interview Group of Chinese Media in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao", and all participating member units must implement the display.

四、聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)參與單位嚴(yán)格服從相關(guān)組織單位或聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)策劃實(shí)施開(kāi)展的相關(guān)合作、組織、報(bào)道、學(xué)習(xí)、研討、考察等采風(fēng)活動(dòng)并有義務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)組織、安排和協(xié)調(diào)。

4. The participating units of the joint interview team shall strictly obey the relevant cooperation, organization, reporting, learning, discussion, investigation and other field activities planned and implemented by the relevant organizing units or the joint interview team and shall be obliged to organize, arrange and coordinate.

五、聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)系自愿組建的非營(yíng)利性公益機(jī)構(gòu)，除參加相關(guān)采訪(fǎng)活動(dòng)外，不組織任何經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)。

5. The joint interview team is a non-profit public welfare organization established voluntarily. Except for participating in relevant interview activities, it does not organize any business activities.

六、聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)嚴(yán)格遵守采訪(fǎng)目的地的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和職業(yè)道德規(guī)范，不利用職業(yè)便利侵占相關(guān)公共利益或謀取個(gè)人私利。

6. The joint interview team strictly abides by the relevant laws, regulations and professional ethics of the interview destination, and does not use professional convenience to infringe on relevant public interests or seek personal interests.

七、嚴(yán)禁任何單位或個(gè)人以聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)的名義從事與聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)無(wú)關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)，嚴(yán)禁以聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)的名義進(jìn)行欺詐活動(dòng)。

7. It is strictly forbidden for any unit or individual to engage in business unrelated to the joint interview team in the name of the joint interview team, and to engage in fraudulent activities in the name of the joint interview team.

八、如任何單位與個(gè)人借聯(lián)合采訪(fǎng)團(tuán)名義進(jìn)行違法運(yùn)作或違背本公約并與任何第三方發(fā)生糾紛，一切責(zé)任均由相關(guān)單位或個(gè)人全部承擔(dān)。

8. If any unit or individual uses the name of the joint interview team to conduct illegal operations or violate this convention and has a dispute with any third party, all responsibilities shall be borne by the relevant units or individuals.

九、本公約蓋章簽字即生效。

9. This convention will take effect upon the stamp and signature.
